What this solves

Company information can change quickly, but duplicated conversations, disconnected memories and difficult-to-read graph details made it harder to know which knowledge was current. Content requests could also be mistaken for instructions to update Knowledge, and some navigation transitions could show an unnecessary error.

• Use AI Assistant as the main conversational way to find and update company knowledge.
• Review knowledge directly in Knowledge Center without a second chat taking up the workspace.
• Open graph nodes to see clear, readable information instead of raw data.
• Follow stronger connections between company knowledge, memories and their related conversations.
• See the latest value together with a visible history of earlier updates.
• Share a message or file with AI Assistant without it being treated as permission to update company Knowledge.
• Review and confirm explicit Knowledge requests before paid analysis starts or any proposed change can be applied.
• Receive an optional Knowledge recommendation only after the Assistant has completed the request you actually made.
• Move around Knowledge Center without the navigation error previously caused by overlapping page transitions.
• Use a clearer Tasks workspace with compact controls, readable task content and stronger validation when AI prepares a task briefing.

Where to find it

1. Open Knowledge Center and select Knowledge Graph to explore connected information and update history.
2. Open AI Assistant to ask about company knowledge or request a confirmed update.
3. Share content normally when you want proofreading, translation, comparison or analysis; it will remain a content task unless you explicitly request a Knowledge change.
4. Open Tasks to use the streamlined task workspace and task reader.
5. Continue using focused assistants inside areas such as Campaigns when working on a specific item.
