A sharper, more capable AI Assistant

What this solves

Some answers about company data could be wrong — the assistant might say you had no campaigns when you did, or offer Knowledge updates you never asked for while missing the ones you did. It also could not see your Tasks board at all.

What changed

• Questions like "which campaigns are active?" now return your real campaigns with their correct status.
• The assistant can read your Tasks board and, with your confirmation, create tasks, move them between statuses and assign them to teammates.
• Ask "is my data up to date?" and the assistant tells you exactly when each Insights source last synced.
• Saying "update our tone of voice to…" (or any other Knowledge change) now reliably opens a confirmation card — and applied changes truly land in the Knowledge Center.
• The assistant no longer suggests Knowledge updates during ordinary conversations, and once you decline an offer it stays declined.
• When live data is temporarily unavailable, the assistant says so plainly instead of answering around it.

Where to find it

1. Open AI Assistant.
2. Ask about your Campaigns, Insights data, or Tasks — for example "How many tasks are overdue?".
3. To change company knowledge, just say what to update — then approve the confirmation card.
