Faster task files and dependable profile photos

What this solves

Teams need to attach working material without a bulky upload flow, understand whether each file is ready and open it naturally later. They also need to recognise teammates consistently instead of seeing photos disappear when a connection briefly fails or an older image address is used.

What changed

• Drop several documents, images, videos, audio files or ZIP files directly into a new task and follow each upload's progress.
• See accurate file sizes and a compact file list on desktop and mobile.
• Open an attachment in the browser by selecting its name, or use the separate download action.
• Scroll through the complete task category list with a mouse, trackpad or touch, including the new Product category.
• Keep uploaded profile photos visible more reliably across Tasks, Account, Team and shared people lists, with automatic recovery and a clear fallback when an image is unavailable.

Where to find it

1. Open Tasks and select Add Task to drop one or more files into the attachment area.
2. Open an existing task and select an attachment name to view it in the browser.
3. Open the task category selector to reach every category, including Product.
4. Profile photos update throughout Tasks, Account and Team experiences after a new photo is saved.
