Influencers: find creators whose audience is your customer
The Influencers tab now finds creators on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, scores how well each fits your customers, and carries them from a shortlist to a measured collaboration.
Social Media
What this solves
- The old tab only showed posts from profiles you added by hand — it could not find anyone.
- Generic creator tools match your industry, not your customers: an agency for restaurants got other agencies instead of restaurant owners.
What changed
- Filters suggested from your company profile — platforms, regions, languages, keywords, audience size, creator types. Use them as they are or edit them, then search the platforms you pick.
- Every creator is confirmed against their live profile before you see them, so no invented accounts reach your list.
- The fit score sits beside its explanation — what the audience, location, content and activity each contributed, next to the reasons, the risks and what to ask for.
- Four stages of real work — To review, Shortlist, Talking, Working with — and every card carries the one action that moves it on. Drag cards between stages, page through creators with the arrow keys, and see the list as a board, cards, rows or a table.
- A first message and a price, on request. We write the opener in the creator's language and estimate what they would charge. When they name their real price, record it: it sits beside our estimate wherever that creator appears, with how far off we were and what a thousand views cost.
- Already know someone? Paste their profile link under Add by link and we score them exactly as a search would.
- A trackable link per creator — pick a conversion point, name the campaign, and its visits and conversions appear in Insights under UTM reporting. Export any view to CSV.
- A search costs a fixed price: 9 Grow Credits for one platform, 17 for two, 25 for three, 33 for all four, shown before you start and charged unchanged. A platform that returns nothing is free, and a search we fail to finish costs nothing.
Where to find it
- Sidebar → Social Media → Influencers, in every workspace.
Useful for
- Marketing managers who need a shortlist matching the customer, not the industry.
- Founders of local businesses looking for creators in their own city and language.
