Calendar: everything your company has planned, on one timeline

A new Calendar under Operations shows campaigns, published posts, tasks, objectives, influencer collaborations and key dates together, so the whole team sees what is happening when.

What this solves

Plans lived in five places: campaign periods in Campaigns, due dates in Tasks, quarterly cycles in Objectives, collaboration windows in Influencers, and the posts that went out in Social Media. Seeing a week as a whole meant opening all of them.

What changed

  • Month view. Campaigns, objectives and collaborations stretch across the days they cover; posts, tasks and key dates sit on their day, each source in its own colour. Busy days fold into a "+N more" list.
  • Week view. An hour grid where every post appears at the exact time it went out, side by side when two overlap, with a line marking the current moment. Campaigns, objectives and due dates sit in the all-day band.
  • Show what you want. Every source is a filter chip with a count. Switch sources on or off, pick a market, or narrow the calendar to one campaign. Your choices are remembered per company.
  • Hover for details. A campaign shows spend, impressions and conversions from its start to the day you point at, plus its posts and tasks. Tasks show owner and status, posts show reach and reactions, collaborations show deliverable and fee.
  • Click to open the campaign, task, objective or post where it lives. Drag a task onto another day to change its due date.
  • Key dates. Public holidays for Croatia and Slovenia for 2026 and 2027, plus company moments anyone can add: a launch, a fair, a season.
  • Ask the AI Assistant. "What is coming up this week?" or "What ran in August?" are answered from the same calendar with exact dates, and it can add a moment after you confirm.
  • List view, five languages, and keyboard shortcuts (T for today, N and P to move).

Where to find it

Operations → Calendar. It appears for companies included in the rollout; ask us to switch it on for yours.

Useful for

  • Marketing leads who want the month in one glance before a planning meeting.
  • Agencies running several channels for a client and answering "what went out, and what is next?"
  • Anyone who has missed a deadline because it lived in another tab.
