Company profile pictures and cover images now show up
Your confirmed LinkedIn and Instagram profiles show their real logo and cover image again, and a company with no cover gets a clean banner instead of a broken picture.
What this solves
The Social Media page in your Knowledge Center shows the profiles you confirmed as your own. The logo and cover image for those profiles were already saved, but the page was asking for them from the wrong place, so it showed a blank initial instead of your logo and a broken-picture icon where the cover should be. Companies whose LinkedIn page has no cover image at all had nothing to fall back on.
What changed
- Confirmed LinkedIn and Instagram profiles now display their saved logo and cover image.
- The company logo and Instagram profile picture appear as soon as the profile loads, instead of staying on the grey initials.
- A LinkedIn profile with no cover image now shows a soft branded banner instead of a broken picture.
- If a cover image ever fails to load, the same banner takes its place, so the card never breaks.
- A picture that fails to load once is retried, and only falls back to initials when it truly cannot be shown.
- Team member photos on your profile card resolve the same way.
Where to find it
