Plan, write and publish social posts from the Calendar

Create a social media post on any Calendar date, refine it per channel, add generated media, and let Checkgrow publish it to LinkedIn at the time you chose.

CalendarSocial Media

What this solves

The Calendar showed what was planned but could not produce it. Social posts had to be written elsewhere, pasted somewhere else again to be published, and the Calendar entry was only a reminder that this had to happen. Nothing on the Calendar could actually go out on its own.

What changed

  • Add on the Calendar now offers a social media post alongside campaigns, tasks and the rest, and every date cell has its own add button.
  • Write the post yourself, or describe the topic and let an active Social Media agent draft it. Moodboard references can steer the visual and tonal direction.
  • Choose Draft to keep the post on the Calendar, or Post to publish it automatically at the selected date and time. The dialog tells you upfront whether the channel is connected and able to publish.
  • Open a post to edit its copy, add another channel with its own version of the text, generate media for it, ask AI to revise a channel's copy, or publish it immediately.
  • Posts carry a visible delivery state — draft, waiting to publish, published, or failed — and a published post links straight to where it went live.
  • Date and time are picked with one consistent control across every Calendar flow.
  • The Calendar month and week views now fit smaller screens without cutting entries off.

Where to find it

Open Calendar, then use Add → Social Media, or the add button on the date you want. Connect a channel first under Integrations if you want a post to publish itself.

Useful for

Marketing and social teams who plan a month at a glance and want the posts in that plan written, approved and delivered without leaving the Calendar.
