A clearer creator popup

What this solves

The creator popup put its Profile and Posts selector in a band of its own, directly above the shortlist buttons, so two controls competed for attention and the selected tab was hard to pick out. The decision buttons also lived inside the Profile tab: switching to Posts hid the very actions you had opened the creator to take. Nothing in the popup said where the creator stood in your pipeline, so answering "have we contacted this one yet?" meant going back to the board.

What changed

• Profile and Posts are now plain underlined tabs on the popup's own header line. The extra band is gone and the selected tab is obvious.
• The four pipeline steps — to review, shortlist, talking, working with — appear beside the tabs, with the creator's current step marked. A creator you have marked as not a fit says so instead.
• Shortlist, Highlight and Not a fit moved to a bar pinned at the bottom of the popup, so they are reachable from both tabs and stay put while you read.
• The explanation of the fit score no longer opens by itself when you open a creator, and Escape closes the popup on the first press.
• Hovering the fit score opens a panel with the verdict and the four measurements behind the number, each as a labelled bar.
