Competitor discovery that finds the right companies — and their social profiles

What this solves

Competitor lists could include your own company, a sister company abroad, the same competitor twice, a wholesaler, or a company from another industry — all labelled "global leader". Social pages were often missing even for household names, and a weak name search could save the wrong account.

What changed

• Your own company and its group are never suggested as competitors — subsidiaries, sister companies and franchise partners included.
• Every suggestion is a real company with a working website, checked before it is shown; directories, dead pages and namesakes are filtered out, and one business appears once.
• Local rivals first, then the international leaders that actually sell in your market, each labelled direct, indirect or leader on evidence, with a one-line reason.
• Brands are matched with brands, retailers with retailers, software with software. A shop that stocks your product is not your competitor; the brands beside yours on its shelf are.
• Social profiles come from the company's own website first, so a competitor that links its pages in the footer is fully covered at once. When the site comes up short, we search each platform, then the web — for all four platforms.
• We check before we save. A profile commits only when the evidence backs it up; a weak match is offered as a suggestion. A profile saved without confidence can be replaced later; anything you entered yourself is never overwritten.
• TikTok is shown for every competitor, and profiles appear in a moment when we have already read the site.

Where to find it

Open Competitors. New suggestions arrive with a reason and a verified website; approve the ones you want tracked. Select any competitor to see its social icons under the website — when something is still missing you will see Find profiles, or you can paste a URL by clicking the faded icon.
