Competitors now watches their websites and tells you what changed
Checkgrow re-reads each competitor's key pages on a schedule and reports only changes that matter: a new product, a price move, a rewritten homepage.
What this solves
Competitor information was gathered once, when you added the competitor, and never again. Nothing could be reported as "changed" because nothing was measured twice, and opening a competitor said nothing about how you compare.
What changed
- Website checks. Every competitor's homepage is read on a schedule; those you follow closely also get their pricing, product and article pages. A change is reported only when it genuinely matters: a rotating testimonial is ignored, a new pricing tier is not.
- A 30-day recap from day one. Before any monitoring history exists, Checkgrow reports what each competitor publicly launched, announced or published in the last 30 days — each item with its source and that source's own date. Things they announced are labelled as such, never as something we detected.
- The dashboard leads with what moved. Recent changes come first, then Where you stand: your rank, gap to the leader and distance from the median per channel.
- What we check. One panel for all five channels — websites, LinkedIn page, Instagram, LinkedIn ads, Meta ads — with what was measured and when it was last read.
- Who is advertising. A plain answer per competitor per platform: advertising, checked and running nothing, or no page for us to read. A competitor with no ads no longer looks like one we never checked.
- Every competitor opens with a comparison — your numbers next to theirs, per channel, dated.
- Ask the assistant. "What has X been doing lately?", "which competitors run ads?", "are we watching their site?" — answered from the same checks, with sources.
- Numbers that no longer overstate themselves. New ads are counted from when the platform says they started, so a first scan no longer reports a back catalogue as this week's news. Each creative is counted once. An ad stops being Active once a check finds it gone.
Where to find it
Open Competitors. The Dashboard tab leads with what moved; comparisons and watched pages sit inside any competitor; What changed is its own tab.
Useful for
Teams who need to know when a competitor moves — a price change, a launch, a campaign — without checking a dozen sites.
