What this solves

Pictures gathered from LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok come with a hidden time limit — usually one to four weeks. Checkgrow saved the address of each picture rather than the picture itself, so the address quietly stopped working and the image turned into an empty frame or a broken-image icon. It looked random, because it depended on how long ago that particular item had been collected. Across the platform, most stored author photos and every stored advertiser logo had already passed their limit.

What changed

• Pictures are kept, not borrowed. When Checkgrow collects a post, an ad, a creator or a competitor, it now saves its own copy of the picture at the same moment. That copy has no time limit.
• Nothing is collected twice. Seeing the same person or advertiser again reuses the copy already held, and a genuinely new photo replaces it straight away.
• No more broken-image icons. Where a picture is genuinely unavailable, you now see a clean placeholder — initials for a person, a neutral mark for a company — instead of the browser's broken-image glyph appearing a second or two after the page loads.
• Pages settle faster. A picture that could not possibly load is no longer requested at all, so lists of posts, ads and creators stop flickering while they finish drawing.

Everywhere pictures appear: Competitors and its ads, Social Media — Find & Reply, Instagram and Influencers — and creative previews under Advertising.

Pictures collected from now on are kept permanently. Items collected before this change keep whatever picture they still have, and are restored as each one is next refreshed.
