Describe a creative, then make it
Creatives opens on a new **Create** tab: say what you want in your own words, point at anything you already have with `@`, and the brief writes itself beside the conversation. When it is ready, one button shows what the pictures will cost and makes them.
What this solves
Making a creative used to start with a form — channel, format, size, agent — eleven decisions before anyone had said what the picture was about. Now you say the thing, and the assistant works out what it can, asks only about what it cannot, and shows every field it decided.
What changed
- Create is the first tab in Creatives, and the sidebar link opens it. - `@` reaches into what you already have — a rival and their ads, a campaign and its copy lines, a date on the calendar, a product or a person from Media, the moodboard, the brand kit. - A document with ten ideas becomes ten rows of one brief, each with its own words, shape and make-or-skip switch. A format we do not make stays in the table, marked, rather than quietly becoming something else. - Nothing is spent by talking. Generating goes through one button that shows how many pictures it will make and what they cost, and refuses before it starts — not halfway — when the balance is short. Three takes on each idea, arriving as they are made, and the work carries on if you close the tab. - Keep or pass each option. What you keep becomes the creative's picture everywhere else in Checkgrow. - Point at part of a picture and say what to change. Every change is a new version and the one before it is kept, so you can compare them and go back. - Send them on: into a campaign, onto the calendar as drafts, or straight to your files — with a receipt that can undo exactly what it did.
Where to find it
Creatives → Create, or *Make a creative* on a rival's ad or post, a campaign, a date on the calendar, or something saved on the moodboard. Every thread keeps its own link.
Useful for
Anyone who would rather describe a visual than fill in a form, and anyone who has wanted to say "something like the ad our closest rival keeps running" and be understood.
About Checkgrow
Checkgrow keeps a company's knowledge, competitors, campaigns and Creatives in one place, so the people doing the marketing spend their time deciding what to make rather than filling in forms about it.
