Larger picture sets finish instead of timing out

What this solves

• Big sets were one slow afternoon away from failing. Several variants of a picture are made together in one go. The platform ended any such request that had not started answering within two and a half minutes, and the largest sets were already taking nearly that long.
• A slow render could be made twice. Work that ran long could be handed to a second worker while the first was still busy, so the same set could be rendered — and charged — twice.
• Single pictures had a tighter limit than they needed. The slowest single pictures were finishing seconds inside it.

What changed

• Picture requests now start answering at once and stay connected while the pictures are being made, so a set can take up to five minutes.
• While a picture is being made, the work stays marked as in progress, so it is never handed to a second worker and never charged twice.
• Single pictures may take up to three minutes.
• Nothing about how pictures are made or what they cost has changed.
