Tell us when something we made is wrong

Everything the platform generates now carries a thumbs up and a thumbs down, and a thumbs down asks what was wrong — in one tap, or not at all if you would rather not say.

What this solves

The only way to tell us something was off used to be the feedback button in the header: a deliberate, separate act, long after the moment you noticed. So the thing we most needed to hear about — the result that just came back — was the thing nobody reported. We were producing constantly and learning almost nothing about whether any of it was good.

What changed

- Two thumbs on every result. Agent results, assistant answers, Creative Studio runs, campaign briefings, the website report, competitor takeaways — and a column in your generation history, so anything at all can be judged from one place. - A thumbs down asks why, and you may skip it. Quick answers — facts are wrong, too generic, doesn't sound like us, not what I asked for, missing or cut off, badly formatted — plus a box for anything else. Your thumbs down is saved the moment you press it, so closing the question costs you nothing. - A person reads it. Every rating lands in front of the team, and a thumbs down with an explanation reaches us straight away. It is what decides which agent gets fixed first. - Change your mind freely. Rating the same thing again replaces your answer rather than piling up, and you can add an explanation later. - Sales keeps the flow it had. Approving or turning down a message there already teaches the Sales Brain; those decisions now count as ratings too, without a second set of buttons.

Where to find it

On the result itself, wherever something was generated — and on every row of Generation history in your account menu.

Useful for

Anyone who has looked at an AI result, thought "that's not right", and had nowhere to say so.
