Team usage now shows real tokens, chats and time spent, for up to a year
The **Usage** tab in Team now counts what your team actually used — real input and output tokens, chats and time in Checkgrow — for any period up to twelve months.
What this solves
Company admins could not answer simple questions from the Usage tab: how many chats the team started, who spends time in Checkgrow, or how many tokens went in and out. The token figure was an estimate derived from cost, chats counted individual AI calls, and nothing reached back further than 90 days.
What changed
- Real tokens, in and out. Input includes cached context and output includes reasoning, exactly as the AI providers count them.
- Chats by feature. Chats started and messages sent, per person and per area (AI Assistant, Creatives, Campaigns, AI Agents and more).
- Time in Checkgrow. Minutes of active use per member, plus active days and sessions. Only company admins see it per person, and an admin can switch it off for the whole company.
- Longer periods. Last 6 or 12 months, or any custom range, each compared with the period before.
- One period everywhere. Every tile, the chart, the member table and the member detail refer to the same dates, and credits are counted after refunds.
- CSV export of the member breakdown.

Team → Usage (company admins). The time-tracking switch sits at the top of the tab.
