New AI Assistant: Word downloads, task edits, post captions and your competitors' strongest ads
The new AI Assistant now hands you editable Word documents and works with your tasks, team, Calendar posts and competitor ads. Connected AI apps can do the same.
What this solves
- Answers could only be downloaded as a PDF, which could not be edited.
- A screenshot had to be uploaded as a file before the Assistant could look at it.
- "Which competitor ads work best?", "how is this campaign doing against its plan?" and "what should I focus on?" had no direct answer.
- The Assistant could not say who is on the team, change a task's due date, comment on a task or change a planned post.
What changed
- Download as Word on every answer, with proper headings, numbered lists and tables. Tables in the chat are easier to read, on phones too. - Paste a picture straight into the chat box. - Competitors: their recent posts, company news, and the ads they keep running longest or in the most copies. - Campaigns: planned budget, cost per acquisition and conversions against what actually happened. - What needs attention in your numbers and your latest website audit, which you can turn into a task in one step. - Team and tasks: who has how much open work, editing a task's title, text, due date or category, comments, and objectives. - Calendar: new text, time or network for a post that has not gone out. Ask for a better caption and the Assistant writes it first. - Writing rules from the chat for company admins, such as "always say clients, never customers". - Checkgrow MCP: AI apps can also run an AI agent or start tracking a competitor. The price in grow credits is shown before you approve, and each company has a daily limit.
Every change asks for your confirmation first, and nothing is published without your approval.
