New AI Assistant: writing first, real sources and your company's writing rules
The new AI Assistant, now rolling out to companies step by step, does the writing you ask for, cites sources it has actually read, and writes in your company's own style.

What this solves
- Asking the Assistant to revise a text could end with a Knowledge update proposal instead of the revised text.
- Comments in an attached Word document, and your colleagues' comments on an answer, were invisible to it.
- Source links were sometimes written from memory and led to unrelated pages.
- German answers could mix the formal Sie with the informal du.
- Opening a creative from the chat started an empty conversation in Creatives.
What changed
- A revision, rewrite or translation is always written in the answer. A Knowledge update is offered only after it, and only once if you decline it.
- Reviewer comments in Word files, with their authors, and team comments in the chat are now read.
- It searches the web with its own queries, can open a link you send to check what it says, and links only to sources it has seen.
- Writing rules on the Brand page, for companies on the new Assistant: your own rules, formal or informal address, and an option to avoid dashes. A request in the chat, such as "please use the Sie form", is kept for the whole conversation.
- A creative opened from the chat carries over the agreed concept and on-picture text.
- Follow-ups like "now remove those competitors" work, always with your confirmation.
- A new Checkgrow MCP article explains how to connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps.
