v.1.601
Per-ICP scores and assigned sales reps in Companies
Company scoring is simpler and honest per ICP, the Track table shows more companies at a glance, and sales reps can be assigned straight from a company.
CompaniesSales
What this solves
- The single merged score averaged every ICP together, so a company could look "medium" while fitting one ICP perfectly and another not at all.
- Adding an ICP did not visibly change anything until a background rescore of every company finished.
- Two-line rows and three separate selects made the Track table long and the toolbar crowded.
- Nobody could see from the Companies table which sales rep already works a company.
What changed
- One score per ICP. The merged score is gone. Open a company and the ICP scores section shows one card per ICP selected in Tracker settings, each with its score, reasoning, matched and missed signals and its own scored date.
- Run score on demand. An ICP the company has not been scored for shows an empty card with a Run score button. Each card also has Rescore, and Rescore all rescans every scored ICP.
- Tracker settings from the company. The section has a Tracker settings button. ICPs you add there are scored right away for the company you opened it from; other companies keep their scores and get a Run score card for the new ICP. Saving settings no longer rescans the whole workspace.
- Compact Track table. Single-line rows with the legal name in the name tooltip, one Filters button holding saved views, Industry and ICP chips with counts, and Select all missing in the search row.
- Assigned column. The Score column becomes Assigned: the reps who hold targets from that company, as avatars. The Targets tab column is now called Assigned too.
- Assign a rep from the row. An empty Assigned cell shows a dashed circle. Pick a rep and the company's industry and location are added to that rep's targeting, so all of the company's targets flow to them.
Where to find it
Companies. Track and Active Customers tabs for the table and filters, the company page for ICP scores, the Targets tab for the renamed column.
Useful for
- Sales teams that qualify companies against several ICPs and want each answer separately.
- Managers who assign accounts to reps and want the table to show who covers what.
