Keep companies and people out of your outreach

What this solves

• Reps could reach out to existing customers.
• There was no way to stop outreach to a company or person without deleting them from the tracker.
• Keeping a large exclusion list up to date meant editing companies one by one.

What changed

• Active customers are neutralised. Every target of a company marked as an Active customer is greyed out and skipped by all outreach. Unmark it and outreach resumes straight away.
• An Avoid list in Tracker settings. Tracker settings now has two tabs, ICP & scoring and Avoid. Add a company by name or website, or a person by first and last name, optionally with their company.
• A person takes their company with them. Avoiding someone neutralises their whole company and all its targets; removing a company releases its people too.
• Bulk from a CSV. Upload a file to avoid companies and people in one go, or upload one to remove avoidance. You see how many rows matched, what is new or already listed, and how many assignments will pause before you confirm.
• Accurate matching. Legal suffixes (Ltd, S.A., GmbH), web addresses, accents, titles and bracketed notes are ignored when matching.
• Visible everywhere. Neutralised companies and targets stay in your lists in grey with an Avoided or Active customer tag, and their sales automations stop until they are released.
• A tighter Targets table. One-line rows show about twice as many targets on screen.
