Filter companies by location, and faster side panels

What this solves

• There was no way to narrow the Track list to one country or region.
• Target and lead panels in Sales opened with a slow slide.
• Industry and location lists in the Auto-assign window could not be scrolled.
• The actions on each salesperson card in Mission Control overlapped.

What changed

• Location filter. Filters in Track have a Location section with one choice per country, plus any location without a known country, each with a count. Saved views keep it.
• Faster panels. Target, lead and automation panels in Sales open with the same quick motion as the company panel.
• Scrollable pickers. Option lists inside pop-up windows now scroll with the mouse wheel, trackpad and touch.
• Tidier salesperson cards. Stats, Brain and Auto-assign sit side by side as three short, even buttons.
