v.1.605
Tidier AI Assistant answers on phones, and Word and PowerPoint files read properly
The AI Assistant reads well on a phone again, Word documents uploaded to campaigns and product generation are read in full, and PowerPoint files attached in the chat are read slide by slide.
AI AssistantCampaignsKnowledge Center
What this solves
- On a phone, the note that explains answer ratings was squeezed to one word per line, and the Action button sat on top of it.
- On a phone, the button that opens your chat list covered the start of the first message.
- The note that explains answer ratings flashed for a moment under answers, even for people who had already closed it.
- A Word document uploaded as a campaign file, or used to generate products, could come through empty.
- A PowerPoint file attached in the AI Assistant stayed "processing" and the Assistant could not read it.
- When a Creative Studio picture could not be made, the reason was not recorded.
What changed
- Under an answer, the rating, its note and the Action button move onto their own lines when the screen is narrow.
- The chat leaves room at the top for the chat list button on smaller screens.
- Once closed, the ratings note stays closed on every device and no longer flashes.
- Word documents are now read the same way everywhere in Checkgrow, with their text and reviewers' comments.
- PowerPoint files in the chat are read slide by slide, with speaker notes.
- A Creative Studio run that fails keeps the reason, so support can see what went wrong.
Where to find it
- AI Assistant, on any phone or narrow window.
- Campaigns, when you add a Word file to a campaign.
- Knowledge Center → Products, when you generate products from a Word file.
Useful for
Anyone who checks the Assistant from a phone, and teams that keep briefs and product sheets in Word.
