Sales Brain: a company playbook that writes, checks and learns

Sales now runs on one Sales Brain that belongs to the company: it knows each person and account, follows your rules, cites the right past project, and keeps what salespeople teach after they leave.

Sales

What this solves

Every salesperson had their own Brain, the AI guessed whether a lesson applied, past projects could not be cited reliably, and lessons left with the salesperson. Admins and salespeople shared one cluttered set of screens.

What changed

- Rules with conditions. Teach the Brain in plain words, such as "pharma companies: mention our Johnson & Johnson project" or "people in London: suggest lunch". Rules belong to the company or one salesperson and are matched to each person automatically. Hard rules, such as a banned phrase or a fixed opener, are checked on every draft. - The right project, checked. Upload case studies or tell the Brain in chat. Each message cites the closest project, and every name and number is checked against your files. - Comments only when they help. The Brain comments only on recent posts where it has something useful to say; otherwise it connects directly. When someone answers, it drafts a reply and an invitation note that refers to the conversation. - Two views. Salespeople get their day, their own inbox, approvals, targets and their Brain. Admins also get setups (which companies, which people, who sends), the whole team and settings. - Replies that count. Every reply gets a sentiment, meetings are marked in one click, and positive replies become leads owned by the salesperson. Mission Control shows the pipeline step by step and week by week, against your previous period and team average. - What Sales costs. Admins see the Grow Credits Sales used, by kind of work, by salesperson and by target company. - A Brain that learns. Each week the Brain proposes rules with their evidence, weak rules fade, and a hand-over passes a leaving salesperson's best rules, people and conversations on.
