See every company's people in order, and every lead with its company
Each company now shows the people found there in the order your ICP's roles set, and every lead points to the person and company it came from.
What this solves
The roles in an ICP said which people mattered, but nothing put them in order or showed who at a company Sales was talking to. LinkedIn leads were missing from Leads, and no lead showed which company it belonged to.
What changed
- An ICP's roles are now a contact order. Move a role up or down, and mark it First, Later or If referred. Choose how many people at one company Sales talks to at the same time.
- Every tracked company belongs to one ICP: the one it was found with, else the best fit, else your primary ICP. You can change it on the company.
- A new People tab on each company lists everyone found there in contact order, with the role they match, their status (in outreach, passed and why, lead, excluded) and links to the conversation, the Sales target and the lead.
- The companies list has an ICP column, and its ICP filter uses each company's ICP.
- Leads shows LinkedIn leads, with a Company column. A lead from a form links to its company when the work email's domain matches a tracked company's website.
- A LinkedIn lead opens with its company, job title, profile and a link back to the conversation.
Where to find it
Edit the roles in Knowledge Center → Ideal Customer Profile → Key people. Open any company in Companies and choose People. Open Leads for LinkedIn leads and the Company column.
Useful for
Sales teams and founders who want to see who they talk to at each account, and marketers who want every lead tied to an account.
