Describe a new ideal customer profile and Grow fills it in
Adding an ideal customer profile now starts with a description: say who you want to reach, and Grow drafts every field for you to check.
What this solves
A new ideal customer profile opened as a long form of firmographics, geography, industries, keywords and buying roles. Most people knew who they wanted to reach in a sentence, but had to translate it into every field by hand.
What changed
- Add ideal customer profile opens on Describe it: write who you want to reach (for example "Mid-sized logistics companies in Germany and Austria, we sell to the COO"), or pick an example.
- Generate drafts every field from your description and your company knowledge, and shows its cost first. Leave the description empty to draft from your company knowledge alone.
- The draft opens in the fields to check and edit before you save it.
- Fill in by hand is one click away for anyone who prefers the form.
- Added from Companies › Search, the new profile is selected straight away so you can search with it.
Where to find it
Companies › Search, then Add ICP; or Knowledge › Ideal customer profiles.
Useful for
Anyone setting up targeting for the first time, and teams adding a profile for a new market.
