LinkedIn posts at a normal size, and notes wherever you work with a lead
LinkedIn posts no longer show huge images, and you can add a note about a lead from Messages, Warm-up and the lead's page.
What this solves
On wide screens a lead's LinkedIn post stretched its pictures across the page: a post with a few images turned into squares more than a thousand pixels tall, and videos filled the screen. Notes about a lead could only be written on one tab of the lead's page, so a thought you had while reading their post or their reply was easy to lose.
What changed
- Post pictures, videos and documents are never wider than a LinkedIn feed post, on every page and screen size. A post with three pictures shows one wide picture over two small ones.
- The previews of posts you write (calendar, creatives), the post sheet in Find & reply and agent LinkedIn posts follow the same limit.
- A Notes section sits beside the lead in Messages and Warm-up, and on the lead's overview. Type a note and save it (Ctrl or ⌘ + Enter works too). In Warm-up you can tie the note to the post you are reading.
- Notes stay private to you and your admins, and the Sales Brain reads the newest ones when it writes to that person: invitations, messages and comments.
- Delete a note you wrote, with a confirmation first.
Where to find it
Open Sales, then Messages or Warm-up, and look at the panel beside the lead; or open a lead and find Notes on their overview.
Useful for
SDRs who want the Brain to remember what they learned about a lead, and anyone reading lead posts on a large screen.
