One Targets page: prioritise companies, hand them to SDRs and see what happened
Companies is now the one place to find target companies, order them, give each to one SDR and follow how far each got; Sales becomes the SDR's working area.
What this solves
Targets lived in three places, so it was hard to see which companies were worked, which were waiting and which had nobody. Admins could not tell when an SDR had more than they could reach, two SDRs could end up on the same company, and there was no view of what happened after messages went out.
What changed
- Track shows every target company in work order, with its priority (set from how active its people are on LinkedIn, or by hand) and where its outreach stands, from no people yet to meeting.
- Mission Control shows your ideal customer profile's roles, each SDR's pace, and which teammate could take an overloaded SDR's untouched companies in one click.
- One SDR per company: when a second SDR is added, you choose who keeps it. Auto-assign rules can now also follow the languages an SDR writes and your ideal customer profiles.
- Search adds Search with Grow inside your ideal customer profile and the team's search log.
- Leads lists the people at your target companies with an explained lead score and LinkedIn activity, sorted and filtered by score, ICP role, activity and industry.
- Analysis shows companies reached, acceptances, replies and meetings by role, SDR and industry, each reply beside what was sent.
- Messages is one list of replies and drafts to approve; liking or disliking a draft teaches the Sales Brain at once. Warm-up holds everything on their posts, in three views: comments to approve, replies to your comments and all posts, shown in full with images, videos and documents.
- Targets opens on your companies in the order invitations go out, with how each is going and who is invited next. Move, replace or release them, or take open ones; admins assign companies from Sales Force.
- Every "needs you" now says what waits, such as a reply or a message to approve, and opens the place to decide it.
