See how companies reach each SDR
Mission Control on Companies › Track now shows how companies are assigned to your SDRs, and each SDR's auto-assign rule.
What this solves
Auto-assign rules were hidden behind a small link, so it was hard to tell whether new companies go to someone automatically or wait for a person to assign them, and which SDR gets which companies.
What changed
- The Team section starts with one line on how assignment works for your team. If nobody has a rule yet, it says every company is assigned by hand and offers to set up auto-assign.
- It also counts how many companies were assigned automatically, how many by hand, and how many are waiting for an SDR.
- Each SDR's row shows their rule ("Auto-assign: Germany, Austria · writes German · Banking"), or that they get new companies by hand. Click it to open their auto-assign settings directly.
- A salesperson who is not an admin sees only their own row, and Mission Control now says so.
- Choosing which ICPs score your companies moved out of Mission Control. Mission Control still shows how your ICP's roles were reached.
- Tracker Settings is now called Scoring settings, and it says what it does: every tracked company gets a 1–10 fit score for each ICP you choose, checked against your own rules, and the same ICPs decide who research looks for and who Sales reaches. It also says when scores run.
- Teach the Brain is no longer in Mission Control. Teach it from Sales › Sales Brain.
Where to find it
Open Companies, then Track. Mission Control is on the right (on smaller screens, open it from the Mission Control button).
Useful for
Sales admins who share companies between SDRs, and SDRs who want to know why a company came to them.
