A simpler Sales Brain: no score, no separate voice
The Sales Brain drops two things that never helped you: the completeness score and the separate voice setup. How you sound now comes from your rules, practice and feedback.
What this solves
A score out of 100 and a brain level said little about whether messages were good. Setting up a voice was an extra step next to rules that already say how you write. It also held every message for approval until a voice was approved. The tone-by-seniority card repeated what a rule can say.
What changed
- No score or level. The Sales Brain, team cards, your profile and Home no longer show a number out of 100 or a brain level. Your profile still shows how often drafts are approved as written.
- Your voice is your rules. Rules, practice rounds and your feedback decide how the Brain writes for you. Until you teach it, it writes in a plain, professional style.
- Saved voices became rules. If you had approved a voice, each part of it (how you open and close, words you never use, your length and tone, each do and don't) is now one of your own rules. You can edit or switch off any of them under Rules.
- Tone by seniority is a rule now. Tell the Brain, for example, "For C-level, keep it under 50 words."
- Autopilot is your choice. Messages go out on their own when you switch approval off. Settings suggests practicing with your Brain first if it has none of your own rules yet.
- Voice no longer appears in Settings, on team cards, as a column in your team list or as a badge on drafts. The voice card in Settings is now just your booking link.
Where to find it
Sales › Sales Brain for rules and practice. Sales › Settings › Your settings for approvals and your booking link.
Useful for
- Salespeople who want their messages to sound like them without a separate setup.
- Sales leads checking a team without a score that says little.
