Sharper ⭐ on the people you target, the same in Companies and Sales

What this solves

The ⭐ used to come from matching words in a title. A general "Legal Counsel" counted as your "Senior Legal Counsel M&A" while a "Corporate Legal Counsel" did not, and "Head of IT Sourcing" could count as information security. Companies and Sales also looked at different ICPs, so the same person could have a ⭐ in one place and not the other.

What changed

• Titles are judged by meaning. Function comes first, then level: a Head or VP of a function fits that function's manager or director role, an analyst or assistant does not, and a general executive only fits executive roles.
• A specialty role also fits the general version of the job. "Legal Counsel" and "Corporate Legal Counsel" fit "Legal Counsel M&A"; "Employment Law Counsel" or "Data Privacy Counsel" do not.
• Any language counts. German, Italian, Spanish and other titles and abbreviations are read by what they mean.
• One set of roles per company. Companies and Sales both use the company's own ICP plus any target positions you added to it, so a person has the ⭐ in both places or in neither.
• Who is contacted first follows the sharper ⭐, and people searches stop once the roles you target are really found.
• Nothing to set up. New people are judged as they are found; people already in your lists are updated within the next hours.
