What this solves

• Setting up a company took a questionnaire, a confirmation dialog and five unlock steps before anything useful appeared, and most features stayed locked until all of them were done.
• The first company knowledge often took more than half an hour, and could stall until someone opened the Knowledge Center again.
• Waits showed a spinner, or an estimate that did not match the work, so it was hard to tell whether anything was happening.

What changed

• Onboarding asks for one thing: your website. Everything else is read from it.
• A live board opens straight away. Check your brand profile there (industry, country, language, social profiles) and press Looks right; the rest follows from it.
• As each result lands it appears on the board: your brand profile, the Knowledge Center growing, the website report, three ads, competitors with their offer and ad counts, buyer personas, your brand kit, your social presence, a tracking and privacy check, and whether AI assistants can read your site.
• A Live work panel shows every piece of work with what it is doing, how many are done and about how long is left. If you leave, the work continues and you get an email when your first results are ready.
• Nothing is locked any more. Home shows a short, optional list of next steps instead.
• Across Checkgrow, generating work now shows its step, its count and the time left, based on how long the same work usually takes.
